- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
- 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
- UML Modeling
- Flow Charts
- Draw up Software Specification documents, as well as User requirements
- Assist with Requirements and Analysis of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Be able to interact with clients
- Take ownership of projects during the whole SDLC process, give feedback to both clients and business
